Consumer products giant Colgate-Palmolive, headquartered in New York City with locations world-wide, was named number 100 in Fortune's "Best 100 Companies to Work For in 2010."

Here are some reasons why:

Nearly 10 percent of its employees work in Training and Development - a top priority in the company.

At Colgate-Palmolive, raises are tied to three values:
